Event Marketer's annual Agency Forum is the only gathering of experiential agency executives focused on growth strategies, client retention, innovation and workplace culture.

This event is open only to senior event agency executives director level and higher. Tickets are available to experiential marketing agencies—defined as agencies (examples here) that provide full-service event strategy, creative, production and execution services to corporate brands/companies—only. Event Marketer It List agencies and Fab 50 agencies are automatically approved.  Examples of an event agency include: George P. Johnson, Sparks, Momentum Worldwide, Motive, Czarnowski, EEI Global, Access TCA.

Registration policies:

  • If you are a Fortune 1000 marketer (client), you are more of a fit at our annual Experiential Marketing Summit where the industry’s top clients convene each year.
  • To all suppliers (defined as a company that wants to do business with event agencies) of services to event agencies—technology solutions, A/V & production, staffing, registration vendors, venues, mobile builders, apps, promotional merchandise, structures, vehicles, consultants—contact Jon at to discuss our limited sponsorships which would provide the only path for your company joining us.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to a $250 service fee (per attendee). Registrants who cancel before October 11, 2024 will receive a refund of their payment minus the service fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to October 11, 2024 will be liable for the full registration fee. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients. Registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the event are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. There are no exceptions.

SUBSTITUTIONS/REPRINT POLICY: Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information.
