Cancellations Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing, non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.  No refunds will be granted for cancellations.  Any cancellations made prior to August 24, 2026 can be transferred to next year’s event. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Please send all requests to Client Services at ClientServices@accessintel.com prior to August 24, 2026.

Substitution Policy: Registrations can be altered and edited up until September 7, 2026 for confirmed registrants. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions will not be allowed onsite at the 2026 CSEF. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to Client Services at ClientServices@accessintel.com.
