Terms & Conditions

GOVERNMENT/MILITARY POLICY: CyberSat offers a discounted registration rate exclusively for active military and government personnel (not contractors). To register, individuals must provide their .gov/.mil email along with the name of their agency/organization. Please note, there is an option to include an extra CC email for important event communications (Classified Day clearance instructions, travel/planning updates, hotel accommodations, and more).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be made in writing, non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.  No refunds will be granted for cancellations.  Any cancellations made prior to November 3, 2025, can be transferred to next year’s event.  Substitutions can be made up to November 17, 2025. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients.

SUBSTITUTION/REPRINT POLICY: Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made until November 16, 2025, for the confirmed registrants.  Substitutions will not be allowed onsite at CyberSat 2025. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to clientservices@accessintel.com. 

AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend CyberSat 2025.
