Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions, Age Policy

- Cancellations Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing, non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. No refunds will be granted for cancellations. Any cancellations made prior to August 24, 2026 can be transferred to next year’s event. Substitutions can be made up to September 7, 2026. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Please send all requests to Karen Lui at szinn@accessintel.com prior to August 24, 2026.
