To qualify for the discounted rate attendees must meet the following criteria:

1. You MUST be currently employed by the U.S. federal or state government, be an active military member, or be affiliated with a non-profit organization or public agency.

2. Additionally, you MUST register using your organization's email address. If you register with a personal email address, your registration will be canceled and refunded.
