ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.


TRANSFERS
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your pass to a colleague free of charge. You must notify register@leadscon.com by September 25, 2026. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your attendance at the Conference is completely voluntary. As such, your attendance is at your own risk, and you voluntarily assume any and all risks and hazards, including without limitation, personal injury, illness, or otherwise, and hereby release the Event and Access Intelligence, LLC and its officers, employees, partners, contractors and vendors of any liability related to your attendance.


FORCE MAJEURE
If events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war in the United States, strikes, terrorist attacks in the city where the event is being held, or curtailment of transportation either in the conference city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees, which prevents at least 30% of the attendees from arriving for the first day of the event, so that it is impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the conference, LeadsCon may cancel the conference and offer attendees a credit for a future event.


AGE POLICY
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend the Lead-to-Customer Conference.


PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING AND VIDEO TAPING
By attending the Lead-to-Customer Conference, you give your permission to be photographed, recorded, and/or videotaped; in addition, as an attendee you provide the Conference full discretion over the use of your likeliness for public posting and/or future marketing of its conference and media businesses.
