To submit a group registration (four or more), first register the four individuals by creating a group. Once that is complete, head to the payment page. There will be a space to enter the Discount Code. The updated price will then be reflected.

Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions, Age Policy

• • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing, non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.  No refunds will be granted for cancellations.  Any cancellations made prior to May 27, 2025 can be transferred to next year’s event.  Substitutions can be made up to June 9, 2025. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients.
