To submit a group registration (four or more), first register the four individuals by creating a group. Once that is complete, head to the payment page. There will be a space to enter the Discount Code. The updated price will then be reflected.

Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions, Age Policy

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation deadline is May 10, 2025. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Karen Lui at klui@accessintel.com prior to May 10, 2025.
